Texture was perfect balance of firm and chewy, but not sticky. Very dark and buttery like a Life Savers Butter Rum. Most delicious to me, but the kicker was when my cat turned on the empty open wrappers left on the table to lick them repeatedly... Italian cookies were delicious and similar to the mint brownies or "grasshoppers" which were extraordinary! My husband and I enjoyed every tasty bite. Like a rich creamy brownie with addictive Andes mint-like flavor. I recommend any foodie try these for themself. Rainbow cookies have the most delightful texture and Marzipan taste.
