But anyway, being purist and not calling it a grilled cheese doesn't mean you can't make this, or any other culinary variation. It's just that you will call it something else... What's in a name? That which we call a grilled cheese By any other name would taste as good. ;-) So anyone should enjoy your version, because it looks delicious!
