Hi Wizzy! Thanks for reading! I have the fresh pumpkin equivalent at the bottom of the recipe. I kind of like the ease of using canned pumpkin (especially during these busy holidays) and I crafted the recipe with this in mind. I would love to roast a pumpkin for this one day, though!

The shot glass method is always fun. Not if your soup’s so thick that it doesn’t run down the glass though. That’s always funny. Nice use of pumpkin!
