I seem to get up at the same time on Saturday as I do Mondays. So while the rest of the house sleeps on Saturday morning sometimes I do bake. Nothing eases the rest of the house awake like the smell of fresh muffins to lure them out of bed. Toffee, choc chip, and ginger - woohoo, perfect with banana...
